Tower Bridge has spanned the River Thames since 1894 and is probably the most famous bridge in the world. The two panoramic high-level Walkways linking the North and South Towers offer an unusual and unique space for a reception, dinner or promotional event.
At 42 metres above the river, the Walkways provide breath-taking views of London – with Docklands, Canary Wharf and Greenwich to the east, and the Shard, the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the City to the west. The venue’s newest extraordinary feature is a glass floor that gives guests yet another unique perspective on London life

Christmas in the Walkways
Experience the glitz and glamour of the high-level Walkways. Be prepared to be amazed as you enjoy the spectacular panoramic City views and Glass Floor floating above the river. The Walkways accommodate up to 120 seated and 250 standing guests. (Current COVID-19 capacities are 50 seated and 100 standing).
Christmas in the Engine Rooms
Escape the wintery chills this December and experience a Christmas Party like no other in our cosy Victorian Engine Rooms, which house the old steam engines that previously powered the bridge lifts! Capacity ranges from 60 seated to 120 standing guests. (Current COVID-19 capacities are 32 seated and 50 standing).

Walkways
Breathtaking views
Spanning the North and South Towers, the award-winning high-level Walkways offer breathtaking panoramic views of London from 42 metres above the River Thames.
The East Walkway offers stunning views of the Docklands, Canary Wharf and Greenwich, with the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, The Shard and the City showcased via the West Walkway.
Glass Floors
The distinctive feature in the Walkways is the stunning Glass Floor. The Glass Floor has been installed in the East and West Walkways, each measuring 11.5 metres long and 1.8 metres wide. Consisting of six glass panels weighing approximately 530kg each, the new floor allows guests to experience a world famous Bridge Lift during their reception, from a truly unique viewpoint above the Thames.
