Following a £6.5 million restoration scheme, this hidden treasure has taken its place as one of the UK’s most inspiring venues for any corporate, social or cultural occasion. Visitors remark that every space in The Monastery appears to be blessed with a feeling of well-being. With impressively versatile internal spaces, The Monastery’s in-house team can help you create an experience which your guests will never forget.

The venue can be dressed and themed for an event for up to 600 guests, with outstanding catering and a bespoke support service. The architectural splendour of this stunning building is complemented by the beautiful garden, to add an extra dimension and real flexibility to your event.

As well as offering a visual feast, the building’s acoustics are outstanding. Whether spoken word or music, the richness of the sound can produce magical results. It is no surprise that the venue is used for both Television broadcasts and live festivals. From Songs of Praise and Aled Jones’ Choir Of The Year to fashion shows and parties. The Monastery rocks.

We host many awards ceremonies at The Monastery; we think there may be a natural synergy with our own penchant for picking up trophies. We’re now at thirty something and still counting.

Paying attention to every last detail is built into our DNA. We want to ensure that everything is exactly as our clients request. Taking the burden of organisation on the day is a big part of our job, working alongside the event planners to best suit our clients. Anticipating changes in requirements is also part of our job as we know that occasional ‘adjustments’ are inevitable.
