Rooms on Regents Park is a unique venue in London. The venue is located a short walk from Baker Street station meaning it has excellent transport links to the rest of London. Marylebone is also situated a short walk away giving the venue the added benefit of having a National Rail Station close by. This is perfect as it suits both delegates travelling to the venue from within London and from other parts of the country.

There are 22 spaces at Rooms on Regent’s Park that can be used for all sorts of functions. The largest room is the Nuffield Hall which has a beautiful view overlooking Regent’s Park Boating Lake. The room has a stunning wooden structure and floor to ceiling windows which give it that perfect traditional charm that works for large conferences, private dinners and Christmas Parties.

The second largest room is the Lecture Theatre. This room is perfect for those looking for a more contemporary space than the Nuffield Hall. It is a purpose built tiered lecture theatre that can seat up to 230 delegates. The room comes with a built in HD projector and screen, stage and lectern.

The venue also has a beautiful Terrace, the perfect spot for your Summer BBQ. You can enjoy sitting back and relaxing with a nice glass of Pimm’s, while the chefs prepare your BBQ for you. If the day doesn’t turn out to be the lovely sunny one you were hoping for, don’t worry as the venue can move you inside to the Reception Hall which is a lovely contemporary room with built in coloured uplighters, which can be used to create the perfect atmosphere.

The venues selection of smaller rooms which range from 10 people boardroom to 85 people theatre style are perfect for breakout spaces, training days and smaller meetings.

  • Committee Room 1: This room works best as the catering space for the Council Chamber as they adjoin onto one another, but it can also be used for cabaret for up to 35, boardroom/u-shape for 28. The room has air conditioning and natural daylight.
  • Terrace: A beautiful terrace area with both a grass area and concrete area, perfect for Summer BBQ’s up to 200 people.
  • The Reception Hall: This is a contemporary space with built in coloured uplighters that can be adjusted to fit any atmosphere. The room can hold up to 220 guests and has air-conditioning and natural lighting. This room works perfectly for an evening space for pre-dinner drinks, as a wet weather option for Summer BBQs and also as a catering and exhibition space for conferences.
  • Breakout/Meeting Spaces: We have 16 meeting spaces that can accommodate meeting from 10 boardroom to 60 theatre style. They all come with built in projector and screen, natural daylight and air conditioning. They are perfect for smaller meetings, breakout spaces and training days.

Being situated opposite Regent’s Park, makes us a brilliant venue for team building events. You can book a space with us in one of the venues many rooms for the meeting part of your day, and then head over the road for some fun team building activities in the park. Rooms on Regents park are able to supply all your catering for you, whether you choose to have a hot lunch on site, or would like a packed lunch for people to take across to the park with them.

The York Lawns comprise four acres of lush foliage, shrubs, flowers and trees which create a magical setting for summer parties for up to 1,200 guests. The chefs from our in-house catering team, Vacherin, are seasoned professionals when it comes to catering outdoor events. Menus are particularly creative and include a range of street food stalls with choices ranging from a New York Dirty Mac Bar and a slider bun bar to a Traditional Hog Roast. With our barbecue options, organisers can choose from Caribbean, American, Moroccan or British cuisines and there are loads of fun extras like a Pick ‘n’ Mix Sweet Shop and an Ice Cream Trike.

The size of the grounds here, means organisers can really go to town with entertainment and games for their summer events. From croquet and giant inflatables, to live music and archery, we have a huge range of options that will guarantee your guests an event to remember for years to come.

The immaculate York Lawns are amongst the most coveted outside spaces in central London. Marquees and temporary structures provide additional stylish event space giving us ample room to cater for up to 1,200 summer party guests.

Inside our historic buildings we have a wide range of rooms, each one flooded with natural light and full of charm. For conferences our venue boasts the purpose-built Tuke Hall auditorium that seats 370 delegates plus a variety of additional rooms in which you can host networking
sessions, lunches and breaks. Our location – just minutes from Baker Street tube station – makes travel to and from the venue convenient for your guests. It also means you’re only a short journey from the West End.

Our meetings and events rooms offer huge versatility to organisers. Herringham Hall, with its high ceilings and huge, arched windows is an impressive space which lends itself brilliantly to dynamic events including launches and parties. The Tuke Common Room is another one of our signature spaces with real character reflected in the original art deco features. Wood panelling and views over the lawns help create a true sense of occasion to this room, which is often used for board meetings and weddings. In addition to our four feature rooms, we also offer a variety of contemporary, versatile classroom spaces, ideal for weekend training sessions and courses.
