If you are planning any kind of event whether it’s a product launch, exhibition, meeting, training day or party and need a suitable venue Hop Farm is an unusual venue with a diverse range of spaces to suite any kind of event. We have excellent facilities for corporate hospitality, company dinner dances and family fun days.

Also popular for team building events and outdoor activities. Our corporate events team will be happy to put together a suitable itinerary of events for you. The converted Oast Houses, Barn and Marquee provide space for every type and size of corporate event from a handful of delegates to a few hundred delegates. Full audio visual set up can be organised for conferences and meetings. For your catering requirements, we can provide everything from light refreshments to full three course lunches.

500 acre site available
With 500 acres of land and event infrastructure in situ, the event fields for hire at The Hop Farm in Kent are only limited by imagination. There are plenty of flat event fields, but The Hop Farm also offers woodland area, river frontage, touring facilities and an off road driving course plus a toilet and shower block.

With a large banked arena, The Hop Farm is ideal for spectator sports such as tank driving, hovercraft and all types of motorised activities, alongside its natural persuasion towards country pursuits such as clay pigeon shooting and gun dogs.

The Hop Farm can play host to a receptions, dinners and balls for up to 150 guests in Whites Banqueting Suite. Numbers can be increased (up to 180) if you choose to hire The Shires function suite in conjunction with Whites, which is situated on the ground floor below Whites, as this allows a greater area for a drinks reception and then post-dining disco and bar area.

Whites Banqueting Suite alone can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner and comes with its own integral bar and private toilet facilities. The room has ample space for a band / disco and has its own dance floor.

The Hop Farm offer a wide range of three and four course menus and can offer either set menu packages, or choice menus.

For functions with greater guest numbers, our largest function room, The Dray, has standing capacity for over 400 guests for a drinks reception, or can seat up to 250 for a dinner with enough room for a disco and dance floor area and has a 40′ bar plus toilet facilities for ladies / gents / disabled guests. It has an area of hardstanding outside, ideal for garden furniture, and also overlooks our 500 acres of fields.

Alternatively, the Dray Marquee can be used as a dining area, seating 275 guests, leaving The Dray free as a fabulous dance floor and bar space.

The fantastic outdoor opportunities at The Hop Farm are endless. Clients can either hire the land and organise their own activity package or the Corporate Events Team can create the day for you.

Working with a varied team of preferred on site suppliers we can offer escape room missions, archery, quad biking, falconry, clay pigeon shooting or laser clays, target golf, kayaking, paddle boarding, pistol shooting, axe throwing, fun fairs and many, many more activities.

Many of these activities are also ideal for company fun days or Summer Festival themed events, which we can organise for you. For Summer events, we also provide BBQ’s, hog roasts or lambs on spits.
