Goldsmiths’ Hall Venue Hire EC2

Magnificent Goldsmiths’ Hall is the ideal venue for large scale corporate events designed to impress. Five stately interconnecting rooms in one of London’s finest and most beautiful Livery Halls offer vast Corinthian columns, ornately decorated gold leaf ceilings, intricate tapestries and sparkling crystal chandeliers made from the finest English glass. Positioned at the junction of Foster Lane and Gresham Street, just north east of St. Paul’s Cathedral, Goldsmiths’ Hall is less than five minutes’ walk away from St. Paul’s station.

The venue has 3 stunning event spaces:

  • DRAWING ROOM- This elegant room is one of the two key reception rooms within the Hall. The most striking feature is the stunning carpet, woven in 1902 as an exact replica of the 1835 original, featuring the Company’s coat of arms and beautifully balanced by the ornate ceiling and chandelier. More modest in size, this room is ideal for smaller receptions, dinners, or theatre style presentations.
  • LIVERY HALL- With its Corinthian columns, richly decorated, moulded ceiling in gold leaf, and four matching chandeliers this beautifully proportioned room exudes character and provides the perfect location for events to remember. One of the delights of attending an evening reception or dinner, is to see the crystal facets twinkling in the candlelight.
  • EXHIBITION ROOM- This handsome room is panelled in gleaming English walnut, with large double doors containing panels of Australian walnut. The beautiful glass chandelier is en suite with those in the Drawing Room and Court Room. This room is normally used in conjunction with the Drawing Room as a reception area prior to dinner. Both the Drawing Room and Exhibition Room can be combined for receptions or dinners.
