There are numerous buffet and lunch options, and all can be taken in the elegant Orangery or neighbouring Godrevy Room; both have superb views of Carbis Bay and the stunning Cornish coastline towards Godrevy Lighthouse, rejuvenating both minds and bodies.

Team Building

With 25-acres of Blue Flag beach and choice of beachside venues, our events team will work with you to tailor-make a team building event utilising our unique coastal location.
Award Ceremonies & Gala Dinners
Award ceremonies and gala dinners can be held throughout the Estate. The Main House can cater for events up to 150 guests providing Cornwall’s finest award ceremony and gala dinner venue, situated above the privately-owned Estate beach where your event can be hosted for a night to remember. We can aslo provide bespoke beach domes which provide an exclusive venue with a difference.Set against the backdrop of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Estate can host an award ceremony or gala dinner in a range of function spaces catering for smaller events to events in excess of 200 seated guests.
Along with accommodation in excess of 125 bedrooms, award-winning food, spa and additional on-site bars and restaurants, the Estate provides the perfect destination to deliver the perfect event.

Beach Venues
Just off the sand of Carbis Bay beach you will fine our brand new Ocean Venue, purpose built with the latest technology to provide an event venue like no other. The views will wow any visiting guests! Alongside is the chic and stylish Beach Club, a bright and open space where meetings and events can be held in an informal atmosphere.
The Beach Club, overlooking the Bay and its Lower Deck, on the sands, give any event the ultimate beach venue experience.
The chic coastal space is flexible and a marquee extension from the Beach Club over the upper level sun-decking allows for a larger gathering with music and dancing and alfresco dining overlooking the beach.

Main House Rooms
The Main House offers a selection of airy and light function spaces with direct views across the bay or out over the Spa gardens. Many of the function spaces can be opened out to provide access to the conservatory, bar and outside decking overlooking the bay.
BOARDROOM
The boardroom offers a self-contained space served by it’s own bar. With easy access from the front of the hotel its ideally placed for hosting business meetings and functions.

Group accommodation is available in our beach lodges, main house, suites and coastal properties as well as in the main hotel. We offer exclusive use of the Carbis Bay Hotel at certain times of the year. From chauffeur-driven cars to transport by private motor yacht and helicopter, we can arrange it all.
