THE BALLROOM
One of the city’s foremost event spaces, The Bristol hotel’s ballroom offers a stunning setting for a wide range of functions, from cocktail and canapé receptions to larger scale conferences or lavish sit-down dinners. Bright and spacious, this grand room has spectacular Waterford Crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Harbourside. At almost 4000 sq ft it can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests theatre-style, or 170 cabaret-style. It may also be split into two or three separate rooms for smaller events.

William Jessop Suite
With elegant décor, lots of natural light and space for 100 delegates theatre-style, The William Jessop Suite is ideal for conferences, press launches and a wide range of social events for up to 100 people. Meeting guests of The William Jessop Suite have access to their own private lounge area, which has its own private bar, as well as on-site car parking and complimentary Wi-Fi.

This room is also a suitable venue for private dining events for up to 100 guests.

William West Suite
Ideal for more intimate meetings, out-of-office brainstorming and training, the William West Suite offers smart décor and space for up to 20 delegates theatre-style and for 12 boardroom-style. All guests have access to the Meetings & Events Centre’s spacious communal lounge, which has its own private bar, as well as on-site car parking and complimentary Wi-Fi.

This room is also a suitable venue for cosy private dining for up to 12 guests.
