Asia House Conference and Events
Asia House at 63 New Cavendish Street is a stunning Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, designed by the Adams brothers in the 1770’s which holds many of its original features, including ornate ceilings, marble fireplaces and chandeliers.
By 1775, the Adams’s attention had turned to the creation of Portland Place and John Johnson, a neo-classical architect took the site, where he erected the magnificent townhouse that has been renovated and redeveloped as Asia House. The building now also holds two art gallery spaces, as well as a library designed by Sir John Soanes.
The Fine Rooms, Library and Gallery are the ideal venue for seminars, lectures, product launches, presentations, conferences, lunches, dinners and networking events. Give your guests or clients a memorable experience at London’s premier pan-Asian organisation.
The venue spaces can accommodate from 2 to 250 delegates for standing receptions, up to 70 people for sit down dinners or lunches and up to 120 people for meetings and seminars.
The Fine Rooms comprise of three striking Georgian style rooms with original features such as classically painted ceilings, marble fireplaces and chandeliers. All three Fine Rooms are located on the first floor accessible by stairs or lift. All fine rooms are joined and can be used individually or combined dependent on your event requirements.
The Library boasts an architectural history; the bookshelves were designed by Sir John Soane and are the first adjustable shelves ever designed which themselves hold a preservation order. The Library is an intimate space on the ground floor.
Asia House’s contemporary style gallery located on the ground floor has moveable walls that can create a gallery space or a blank canvas venue.

Asia House Conference and Events
PackagesThe function rooms at Asia House are an excellent choice for corporate events.
We offer a central London location with facilities for conferences, AGMs and presentations for up to 100 people. Our team has considerable conference production experience from supporting the Asia House events programme.
With natural light and flexible space, the Fine Rooms work extremely well for conferences, round table discussions and workshops. Our Library and Hutchison Room provide ideal spaces for more smaller board meetings, lunches and breakout spaces for large events.
Our Gallery provides a contemporary space for business events and discussions, well-suited to product launches, press events and presentations.
Our elegant rooms are an excellent place for dinners and cocktail receptions. We can serve a banquet for up to 120 in our Fine Rooms or an intimate private dinner in the beautiful Library for up to 40. The team work with some of the best London based catering and event suppliers who will tailor their services to match your vision and make your guests’ experience memorable.

Asia House has a stunning exhibition space available for private hire and public exhibitions. We have worked with curators and artists from all over the world to present their work in our central London location for visitors to enjoy.
The Gallery is a purpose built exhibition space that provides excellent facilities for displaying classical and contemporary works.
The grand Fine Rooms of Asia House provide a beautiful location for preview receptions and closing night celebrations. They also serve well as a space for a lecture or discussion to enhance the understanding or interpretation of your show.
Asia House has an enviable reputation as a centre of expertise on Asian arts and culture. We have a vibrant community of supporters and regular visitors who are passionate consumers of art and culture. Showing work in our Gallery can create an opportunity to associate your exhibition with our high quality arts programming and activity.
The Gallery offers a range of facilities including: film projection, multiple electrical sockets throughout the flooring, and movable ceiling lights on tracks (with adjustable lighting intensity).
Asia Houses’s Gallery has been home to many different exhibitions over the years since the doors opened in 2005.
Everything from diamond exhibitions to Indian miniatures to Watercolours from Norfolk.
The Gallery offers calm just a few minutes walk from the bustle of Oxford Street and Regent Street.
