A truly magnificent space, originally built in the 14th Century and recently rebuilt to exacting requirements and re-opened in 2002, 78 Bishopsgate offers a stunning hall hire space suitable for a full range of different events.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the Nave offers the most stunning interior for a range of events, from intimate dinners and receptions to business focused events such as product launches, press events or presentations. Underfloor heating and clean lines give the space a modern feel, complimented by the original 14th Century arches and stonework. The venue is flexible and an easy hall to hire and work with to produce any type of event.

Alongside the venue space is the beautiful secluded garden with the permanent Bedouin Tent which makes it perfect as a summer party venue, reception space, for private celebrations or for Christmas events.

Our spaces function brilliantly for conferencing with the two main areas adjacent to one another allow for an active flow throughout events. The largest room, the majestic main hall, has the ability to house state-of-the-art AV facilities and space for up to 400 conference delegates in theatre style. The layout of the room is entirely up to you and has varied in the past depending on numbers and the theme of the event that the organiser has requested. We also provide complimentary WiFi to guests attending conferences at Gibson Hall.

The garden room can be monopolised for refreshment breaks, catering, exhibitions, or as a break out area during your conference. The room also winds out on to the courtyard garden and, in spring or summer months, can offer a further dimension to your conferencing event, whether as an alternative refreshment break area, or as an area for drinks, or even a barbecue after the formal conference part of the day.
