Each of the floors can seat up to 70 theatre style and include breakout areas. The Lakeside is set within award winning landscaped gardens, overlooking a beautiful lake. With a covered terrace area allowing your guests to spill out into the gardens, it is the perfect place to relax or host your function. With facilities to cater for up to 150 guests, the venue offers a stylish contemporary feel and incorporates a relaxed soft seating area; giving you the space and opportunity to mingle with your guests. We’re sure that any event held at the Lakeside will be an unforgettable experience. We can arrange everything to make your event go with a swing, from food and drink to music – just let us know your requirements and we’ll do the rest. With facilities to cater for up to 150 guests, the restaurant offers a stylish contemporary feel and incorporates a relaxed soft seating area; giving you the space and opportunity to mingle with your guests. We’re sure that any event held at the Lakeside Restaurant will be an unforgettable experience. The Woodlands is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages and offers a range of wine, spiirts and bottled beers. We also hold a music licence for your evening functions.
PackagesLakeside Conference Centre Room Hire
Rooms at the Lakeside Conference Centre are charged out at various rates, for half days and full days. The centre is available 5 days a week from 8am to 10pm, to suit your requirements.
We have two rooms available here at Lakeside, Lake 1 and Lake 2.
Lake 1 is our large room which can cater for up 150 people in cabaret style but we are able to address the room howeve you would like simply by choosing from our booking form or speaking to the conference manager, we will do our best here at Lakeside to make it perfect for your booking. This room is perfect for larger meetings, training events and corporate conference fairs.
Lake 2 is situated just by the entrance to Lakeside and can cater for up to 50 people in cabaret style while also being able to cater for all other styles or your own set up. This room is perfect for smaller and more intimate meetings and training events.
As well as a restaurant and wedding/ birthday venue we pride ourseleves on our corperate side and making meetings/training events and corperate events accessible for all companies and groups of people. We are able to cater for up to 150 people with the two rooms we have here in heckmondwike.
Lakeside Conference Centre
The Suites can accommodate a range of layout styles including theatre, conference, training and meeting layouts. Both suites have the use of the latest technology and sound systems.

Lakeside Restaurant is already proving to be a big hit in the area with its beautiful Lakeside views and twinkling lights the Lakeside really is the perfect place for all your private functions not just conferences.
We also provide excellent quality meals during the day and weekend evenings and our extremely popular Sunday carvery is a hit.
