Wellcome Collection Conference Venue NW1
Event Spaces at Wellcome Collection are now open and available for hire for events Monday through Sunday.
Various spaces are available, including a purpose-built conference centre with a stunning tiered auditorium for 154 delegates.
Around the auditorium are four contemporary event spaces that can accommodate anything from boardroom meetings for 12 to team away days and product launches. If you’re looking for something a little different, Wellcome Collection’s ‘Medicine Now’ gallery can be transformed into a unique setting for a drinks reception for up to 200 people.
Whatever your event requirements, the Event Spaces at Wellcome Collection can offer a flexible and inspiring backdrop. The event spaces team are available to discuss your requirements Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00.
Wellcome Collection was established by the Wellcome Trust, an independent charitable foundation dedicated to achieving extraordinary improvements in human and animal health. All profits from the events held in the Event Spaces at Wellcome Collection are gift-aided back to the Wellcome Trust.
PackagesEvent Rooms
Our centrepiece is the Henry Wellcome Auditorium, which can be paired with the Williams Lounge to make a fantastic space for all types of events. Four smaller meeting rooms (Franks, Steel, Dale and Burroughs), all of which are flexible in set-up, are also available for hire. All rooms are finished to an extremely high specification – including computerised signage screens outside each room and built-in AV equipment – and are fully accessible, with built-in induction loops.
The fascinating and thought-provoking ‘Medicine Now’ gallery can be hired for an evening drinks reception. The gallery provides a truly unique backdrop that is especially conducive to networking and is ideal for giving your attendees an unforgettable experience.
Henry Wellcome Auditorium
The Henry Wellcome Auditorium is a spacious, tiered auditorium for up to 154 delegates.
Williams Lounge
This is a spacious breakout area sold alongside the Henry Wellcome Auditorium or available alone for evening events.
Franks and Steel Rooms
This flexible space can be set up as a single space or divided into two individual areas.
Dale Room
The Dale Room is a bright and airy room with plenty of natural daylight.
Burroughs Room
The Burroughs Room is a wonderfully quiet meeting room with a semi-private terrazzo lobby.
Medicine Now Gallery
‘Medicine Now’ also lends itself to private and completely unique evening reception events.
