Set in 130 beautiful acres of woodland and parkland, Warbrook combines a traditional Georgian manor house and the Grange, which is a separate contemporary building with all modern comforts.

As you reach the end of the tree-lined driveway, Warbrook House sweeps into view: a magnificent Grade I listed mansion set in 130 acres of Grade II listed gardens, complete with its very own Versailles style canal.

Warbrook House Hotel is the ideal location for conferences, summer parties, private parties, or a relaxing weekend in the countryside. It is conveniently located near the Berkshire-Hampshire border, and close to Heathrow Airport and Central London, which is accessible by train with connections from Reading, Fleet and Farnborough rail stations.

Within the extensive grounds you will also find The Grange, our purpose-built conference facility.  Comprising of ground floor air-conditioned meeting rooms, coffee lounge and restaurant.  Completely self-contained, with accommodation on the first floor, The Grange can offer everything your conference, meeting, away day or training requires.

Also within the grounds is The Garden Suite marquee, the perfect setting for summer parties, private parties, family fun days and charity balls.  Exclusively yours, our Garden Suite can accommodate up to 140 guests seated for dinner.

This purpose built structure benefits from its own finishing kitchen, fully functioning private bar and integrated bathrooms.  The venue also offers a built-in sound system, lighting and a dance floor allowing your guests to dance the night away!

The large decking terrace is perfect for summer celebrations, allowing your guests to spill outside and enjoy the sunshine.

The hotel offers 74 bedrooms which are located across the Estate in the Mansion House, the Grange and the Lodge.
