Not reliant on old technology, The Vox is the only conference venue in the UK to offer 4K resolution screens as well as a giant media wall, moveable Elonex screens and the ability to host hybrid conferencing events.

BOARDROOMS
We believe it’s good to think small. It enables us to concentrate on getting the little things right and every miniscule detail spot on. Take our three executive boardrooms for example. With maximum capacities of 28, 20 or 16 people, they provide an ideal breakout space for brainstorms, interviews and board meetings. And while smaller than our suites, each is no less super-powered in terms of the audiovisual equipment, lighting and hospitality options available.
FOYER
While our venue is packed with unique features, it’s our spacious foyer overlooking Pendigo Lake that generally generates the most oohs and ahhs. An ever-popular space for lunch and drink receptions, the foyer also has a number of large screens that can be used to outline your agenda, broadcast live sessions to an extended audience or as a useful sponsorship and promotional tool

The meetings and events world is evolving, and we’re evolving with it. As new working methods have become essential due to recent circumstances, we have enhanced our existing virtual event offering. This has already been developed on a bespoke basis to meet the needs of those events to reach increasingly virtual audiences over recent years and is – by its very nature – adaptable to the suit the individual event requirements. We understand the world of hybrid events can be daunting but the transition to virtual can be made seamless by our experienced teams. Our Account Managers and Technical teams will work closely with you to create and develop your event, creating a digital experience for your desired platform that will complement your onsite event.
