The Korean Cowgirl Restaurant At Cave
Dine in our new and exciting Cowgirl restaurant where your plates will be filled with Korean style dishes. From sticky spare rib stacks to honey butter fried chicken wings, not forgetting our incredible USDA smoked beef brisket in a salt and pepper rub.
Our brisket keeps to central Texas simplicity with a full flavoured rub and it’s low and slow smoked overnight, every night, so it’s always fresh every single day, no exceptions! Vegetarian, or gluten conscious? We’ve got that covered too.
The Cave Penthouse
The Cave Penthouse is by far the best super-luxe experience in Kent. Set on the top floor of the Cave Hotel, the Cave Penthouse provides the ultimate in luxurious spaces available for corporate hire. At just under 3,000 sq ft, it hosts spectacular private wrap-around balcony with fabulous uninterrupted views, private kitchen (with available private chef and butler service) cinema screen, and table to seat 14.
