The Great Room
The Great Room has been the setting for many of Dublin’s most notable events. Beautifully restored, this grand ballroom boasts silk wall coverings, a deep pile carpet, crowned by an ornate domed ceiling. The Great Room caters for all large events from dinner dances to conferences.

The Adams & Deirdre Suite
The recently renovated Adam & Deirdre Suites have been impeccably refurbished and reimagined in astonishing detail. In the Adams Suite, the light-hearted neoclassical plaster work is complemented by the gorgeous new ceiling: highlighted in soft mauves and lavenders and accented with white gold leaf. In the Deirdre Suite, a warm colour scheme of soft “beeswax yellow” walls and ivory painted panelling creates a gentle and welcoming atmosphere of refined beauty. Together, these exceptional rooms make the perfect setting for boardroom, classroom or theatre style meetings.

The St. Stephen’s Suite
The beloved St. Stephen’s Green sits just across the street from The Shelbourne. This historic garden park has always been an important presence in the life of the hotel. It lends its name to the St. Stephen’s Suite, where you and your colleagues are quite literally surrounded by beauty: glorious views of St. Stephen’s Green through the large and graceful windows, rich red walls, beautiful ornate ceiling and shimmering chandelier overhead. A spectacular setting for meetings of up to 60 theatre style.

The George Moore Suite
George Moore, playwright, and novelist was born in County Mayo. He may have written “The Bending of the Bow” while staying at The Shelbourne and he immortalised the hotel in his third novel “A Drama in Muslin”. The suite which now bears his name is beautifully furnished with opulent silk wall coverings and a crystal chandelier, providing a graceful and distinguished welcome for up to 24 guests.
