Swan offers a range of high quality, highly flexible spaces that can cater for 10 to 450 guests at our riverside location.
The balcony Room can comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests seated, or 120 standing, a truly elegant and exclusive space for private and corporate events
The Underglobe includes a private mezzanine for arrival drinks, a sweeping staircase and high ceilings and can host up to 350 guests seated or 450 standing.
Their team is highly experienced at designing and delivering events that meet your individual needs and recommending the most suitable of their fantastic spaces.

PackagesThe Underglobe
The Underglobe is located beneath the Globe Theatre with a dedicated Bankside entrance. This spectacular events space includes a private mezzanine level for arrival drinks, sweeping staircase, high ceilings and built-in stage. In addition, a high standard of AV is included as standard and white drapery provides an optional blank canvas to tailor the space. The Underglobe is equipped with a fantastic level of standard AV, provided by our in-house suppliers.
Capacities:
Dining – 100-350 guests
Standing reception – 150-450 guests
Please note that the Underglobe is only available for evening events.
The Balcony Room
The Balcony Room is an elegant and versatile events space with wooden floors and large French windows, opening onto a private balcony with stunning views of the River Thames and St Paul’s Cathedral.
The room can be arranged to host seated dinners, standing receptions, or can be configured cabaret, board room or theatre-style. The room has air conditioning, private bathrooms, a dedicated cloak room, WiFi and lift access.
Capacities:
Dining – up to 70 guests
Standing reception – up to 120 guests
Theatre style – up to 70 guests
Cabaret style – up to 50 guests
Boardroom – up to 30 guests
Tailoring Your Event
All our event packages can be tailored to your exact requirements and there is almost nothing we can’t accommodate. Our dedicated event planners and designers will work with you to create the perfect event. Using costume, lighting, set work and props we can create outstanding and memorable one-off parties. We also have partnerships with the best London suppliers for entertainment, live music and floristry, so talk to our team if you are looking for more inspiration.
