Set within 35 acres of natural parkland we really are in the perfect location for your teams to get away from the office and take part in some inspirational team building activities. In conjunction with Outdoor Guernsey we have created a selection of outdoor activity packages to help create a fantastic day for your team.

Archery

Archery is a superb activity  for corporate or social groups wanting a fun and skilful activity suitable for everybody. Qualified instructors will give you lots of help to get started and then introduce competitions and games throughout the session to involve everyone.

Coasteering

Coasteering is a unique adventure sport in which you can experience the exhilaration of sea level traversing, rock scrambling, jumping, and swimming in gullys and caves. It is a fun and exciting coastal exploration along the wild and beautiful Guernsey and Sark shorelines.

Kayaking

Stunningly beautiful, the coast of Guernsey is best experienced on a kayak exploration for a memorable and unique experience. Learn about the environment, history and wildlife of Guernsey whilst allowing you to experience the excitement of the sea in a kayak, safely and at your own pace.

Climbing & Abseiling

Guernsey has an abundance of great climbing locations. Good rock and thousands of routes at all grades with virtually no-one using them. Abseiling at sunset provides spectacular views.

Cocktail Making

Delegates will learn how to make 3 cocktails, a long drink, a martini drink and a layered drink. Not only will they learn how to make them they will also learn about the history of cocktails and cocktail making as well as enjoy drinking the cocktails themselves!

A minimum number of delegates is require for this activity of 5 and the maximum number 10.

Blind food tasting

Remove your delegates sense of sight and smell and sample items to work out those special ingredients. Winning teams are rewarded with wine upgrades and a glass of bubbly at dinner.

La Petite Seigneurie

La Petite Seigneurie on the ground floor of St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort has a large terrace overlooking the gardens and lake, making it perfect for pre-dinner drinks in the summer. This room is suited to events of up to 48 guests.

La Fontaine

La Fontaine, which can host up to 276 people, is our largest event room. It has a private bar, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and lake and a permanent dance floor. It can also be combined with Petite Fontaine to hold a maximum capacity of 324 people.
