The Royal Over-Seas League is a unique London club based in the heart of Mayfair, with an atmosphere of elegance and comfort which suits every type of occasion.

The Royal Over-Seas League can accommodate from 2 -250 guests and has seven unique meeting and event spaces from period rooms with exquisite views over Green Park to our recently refurbished Princess Alexandra Hall.

This Grade 1 listed building is ideal for seasonal celebrations, private dining, major dinners, syndicate workshops, exhibitions and memorable weddings.

With a range of bespoke packages, our Chef uses the freshest produce to create a range of enticing menu options from canapés and bowl food to buffets and fine dining.

Adjoining Green Park and situated in London’s West End, Green Park station is only a 3 minute walk from the Royal Over-Seas League.

A Grade I listed building, Over-Seas House offers splendid period function rooms which are ideal for holding everything from small syndicate workshops to major conferences, corporate celebrations, private dinner parties, birthdays and weddings.

Seven meeting and function rooms are available with the largest accommodating up to 250 guests whilst others seat between 2 and 50 people. During the summer, a private garden and terrace adjacent to Green Park offers a tranquil setting for drinks receptions.

Over-Seas House is the clubhouse home of the Royal Over-Seas League one of London’s most unique private members clubs. Located in the heart of St James’s, this historic building is within easy reach of London’s West End shops, restaurants, theatres, major attractions and transport links.

Princess Alexandra Hall

Named in honour of the ROSL Vice -Patron, Princess Alexandra, The Princess Alexandra Hall is complete with integrated audio-visual facilities and superb acoustics making it a versatile space for large conferences, concerts and presentations.

The Princess Alexandra Hall is 151 square metres and can hold up to 220 people theatre style and up to 130 for dining.

Hall of India and Pakistan

The largest event space at the ROSL, the original floor to ceiling wood panelled walls were presented by the Indian Government along with a number of generous benefactors to the league in 1937. This is the ideal space for larger events and conferences the Hall of India and Pakistan is also adaptable and can be split in to two smaller rooms for seminars or as break our rooms.

The Hall of India and Pakistan is 207 square metres and can hold up to 250 people theatre style and up to 200 for dining.

The Rutland Room

This stunning room is decorated with an elegant, traditional décor, featuring a beautiful fireplace by John Rysbrack. Offering an abundance of natural daylight the full length windows boast outstanding views over the garden and Green Park.

The Rutland Room is 37.12 square metres and can hold up to 45 people theatre style , 32 for dining and up to 50 people for a cocktail reception.

The Bennet-Clark Room

This beautiful room is decorated with an elegant, traditional décor, and offers guests a bright airy feel with large gold mirrors and full length windows showcasing outstanding views over the garden and Green Park.

The Bennet-Clark Room is 26.83 square metres and can hold up to 14 people boardroom style and up to 20 people for a cocktail reception.

The adjacent Rutland Room is ideal for those wanted extra space.

The Mountbatten Room

Named after the Earl Mountbatten of Burma, who was Grand President of the club until his untimely death. This unique and quiet room with a feature fireplace and period details has full length windows offering an abundance of natural daylight.

The Mountbatten Room is 44.89 square metres and can hold up to 45 people theatre style and up to 50 people for a cocktail reception.

The interconnecting Drawing Room is available for those looking for more space.

The Evelyn Wrench Room

Named after the founder of the Royal Over-Seas League Sir Evelyn Wrench, the Wrench Room is situated atop the magnificent James Gibbs staircase. The room showcases a magnificent skylight with low hanging chandelier offering an abundance of natural daylight. Ideal as a meeting room, for private dining or as break out room.

The Wrench Room is 44.14 square metres and can hold up to 45 people theatre style and up to 50 people for a cocktail reception.

The Park Room

The most unique space within the Royal Over-Seas League, the quaint Park Room overlooks the Garden and Green Park and ideal for smaller business meetings and more intimate private dining.

The Park Room is 18.78 square metres and can hold up to 14 people for a boardroom and up to 15 people for dining.

The Garden

Sitting right on Green Park, our recently landscaped and stunning garden offers sought-after views across the royal park. Enjoy a summer party, wedding ceremony or cocktail reception on the grass and ensure you and your guests make the most of this central London gem.

The Garden Room can hold up to 100 people for a standing reception. Exclusive use is subject to availability.
