Built during the 1880’s as a London residence and gentlemens club, The Royal Horseguards Hotel and One Whitehall Place are unrivalled venues offering 5-star service and elegance, within a stunning historic building designed in a chateau style.

The Royal Horseguards Hotel and One Whitehall Place are very popular with businesses and private guests, and offer a truly memorable setting for conferences, dinners, awards dinners, fashion shows, drinks receptions, filming locations, Christmas parties and weddings. The stunning architecture and beautifully decorated rooms boast natural daylight, air-conditioning and free WiFi throughout.

Set around the largest cantilevered marble staircase in Europe, One Whitehall Place (formerly the National Liberal Club) houses eight event rooms including the famous Gladstone Library, which accommodate 30 to 500 people for receptions.

The Royal Horseguards Hotel has 5 further event spaces, including two private dining rooms and our newly refurbished outside Terrace, which interlinks with Whitehall Gardens. It  provides a haven of floral decoration and can accommodate drinks receptions, BBQs and informal suppers for up to 150 people.

Our in house events team offers you a level of experience, service and care that you can rely on to assist you through the pre-planning and on the day, and will work tirelessly to help you take your event to the highest level. The kitchen brigade uses locally sourced & seasonal ingredients to design menu options to wow your guests.

Established as the National Liberal Club this grand building with period decor is now available to hire for private and corporate events. The Gladstone Library along with The Reading and Writing Rooms are the stand out spaces, perfect for a variety of events including gala dinners, weddings, corporate balls, conferences and receptions. Now annexed to 5-star hotel The Royal Horseguards, guests at One Whitehall are treated to culinary delights by a team of talented chefs.
