Royal College of Physicians Summer Party NW1
Rich in history, yet designed for the needs of today, the Royal College of Physicians is an award- winning building overlooking Regent’s Park. The impressive facilities include meeting rooms, auditoriums, exhibition spaces and dining facilities, with a mixture of old and new styles. The building has an atmosphere of space and light, with a garden ideal for outdoor events.
The College is minutes from Great Portland Street, Warren Street and Regent’s Park tube stations, and accessible for Kings Cross, Euston and Paddington stations, as well as the St Pancras Eurostar terminal with links to all major London airports.
The College has been awarded small museum status and an accolade of a Grade 1 listing in recognition of its architectural importance. We offer bespoke tours of our Heritage Collection, architecture or unique physic garden.
The College Garden is one of the few ‘physic’ gardens in London. It is a medicinal garden and contains plants from all over the world. The Garden is ideal for a summer evening drinks reception, barbecue or al fresco dining. Combined with excellent food, wine and service, some light entertainment and creative lighting; the garden transforms into a truly unique space for special occasion.

The highly versatile venue offers tiered auditoriums, conferences, meeting, exhibition, dining and training facilities and has a beautiful medicinal garden ideal for outdoor events and summer entertaining. The venue boasts state of the art technology with an in-house audio visual and media services team, also offering streaming and filming services.
The grade 1 listed, modern building has an atmosphere of space and light, with stylish, modern architecture and a selection of both old and new styles to suit all tastes. The museum contains rare and historical books, manuscripts, objects and sculptures. Tours and talks are also available to enhance events, making every occasion truly memorable.
Garden
This unique medicinal garden is ideal for Summer events and al fresco dining. With a capacity of 250 for a drinks reception, barbecue or post conference cocktail, this is the ideal spot to unwind, relax and enjoy nature.
Summer barbecue packages are available from May – September, as well as delicious canape and bowl food all year round. Garden lightng, picnic blankets, parasols and benches are all available to enhance your event. A stretch tent is also avaialble for hire.
Dining & Events
The RCP has a diverse range of dining spaces, from the small and intimate Censors’ room with it’s oak paneling and chandelier, to the majestic Dorchester Library and understated elegance of the Osler / Long rooms.
Our Food and Beverage team have created an exceptional set of mouth-watering menus, which reflect the latest modern cuisine, as well as traditional classics.
This includes faithful reproductions of prestigious banquets, served at the College throughout the centuries. All dishes are prepared with quality, fresh ingredients, to suit almost every culture, religion and taste
