The venue
Built for the Churchill family, the fountain and sweeping 15-acre landscaped grounds flank a spectacular red brick Queen Anne mansion. Peaceful sophistication is the order of the day… dine in FORK, our new restaurant overlooking the manicured gardens or play croquet on the lawn whilst sipping a glass of Pimm’s!
Just 1.5 miles from Ascot train station, 13 miles from London Heathrow Airport and within 8 miles of the M25, M4 and M3, the Royal Berkshire Hotel is perfectly situated for short breaks away, corporate events, training and meetings and fabulous weddings!

The Royal Berkshire lends itself perfectly to VIP Exclusive Use – nestling in 15 acres of landscaped grounds, the venue provides privacy for events of a confidential or secure nature, as well as AGM’s and residential conferencing with plenty of space to rest, work and play.

Traditional sit-down dinners, afternoon tea with all the trimmings, private lunches, barbecues on the sun drenched terrace, hog roasts and informal buffets – all these and more are right up our street. We’re exceptionally experienced at hosting these type of events and have a plethora of ideas and recommendations to make sure your celebration goes exactly as you hoped.
GARDEN GAMES
With plenty of open space, we can accommodate a variety of team building activities within our grounds. Events already available in the grounds include five-a-side football, treasure hunts, tennis, basketball, croquet and giant games such as chess, snakes and ladders and French boules. A taster of the team building ideas we can arrange off-site include go karting, aerial high ropes courses, golf days, laser shooting.
