The iconic Roundhouse can host events large or small. Whilst the Main Space is ideal for parties, concerts and conferences, the smaller Studio Theatre or the Roundhouse’s bars are spaces for meetings, presentations or balcony barbecues.
Camden’s Roundhouse is one of London’s cultural landmarks and an entirely unique venue. The venue’s rich history has seen some of the world’s finest musicians and stars walk through its doors – and now it is exclusively available for private hire.
Roundhouse is comprised of a number of dynamic spaces, the largest of which is the Main Space which offers a massive 1,300m² of event space.
The Main Space is completely adaptable and has huge potential to be customised. It has a capacity of up to 1,800 guests for parties, 1,500 for conferences and 900 for a seated dinner.
Other spaces available at Roundhouse are located in the newly built wing of the building, connected via the stunning light and lofty atrium of the main entrance.
These spaces include two bars, The Circle Bar and Torquil’s Bar, both of which are perfect locations for smaller or more informal meetings. The Circle Bar can host up to 100 guests or meetings for up to 30 people. The lively open plan bar has floor to ceiling windows to reveal impressive views along Chalk Farm Road. Torquil’s Bar is slightly larger with a capacity of up to 120 standing guests and 40 for a meeting. Torquil’s Bar is particularly suitable for summer barbecues and parties as your guests may grab their drinks and wander outside onto the roof terrace to soak up the city atmosphere.
In addition, Roundhouse’s purpose-built Studio Theatre is a space perfect for meetings, film screenings, training, team-building events and presentations. Up to 180 standing (130 seated) guests can be hosted in this intimate room which offers a state of the art audiovisual system.
