The hotel offers six private dining rooms, five of which are located in the impressive William Kent House, the elegant Grade II listed mansion adjoining the hotel.

Retaining their original lavish Italian Renaissance style décor, this collection of stylish rooms is the perfect venue for birthdays, award celebrations, anniversaries, children’s parties, private dinners and other special occasions. Our private dining rooms are also ideal for holding business meetings.

For fine dining with an al fresco feel, book our picturesque private garden, which can accommodate up to 100 guests. This spectacular outdoor space provides a tranquil oasis, perfect for afternoon tea parties or a pre-dinner drinks reception.

THE WILLIAM KENT ROOM
The most opulent of all our banquet rooms, The William Kent Room is a spacious private dining room with seating for up to 24 people for lunch or dinner.

Featuring stunning original architecture, the room is dominated by a breath-taking coved ceiling in grand Italian Renaissance style.

THE QUEEN ELIZABETH ROOM
This delightful drawing room offers space for 35 guests and is licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Overlooking the stunning Green Park and featuring an original marble fireplace, The Queen Elizabeth Room serves as a reception room to the adjacent William Kent Room.

THE MUSIC ROOM
The Music Room is the largest private dining room at The Ritz and can accommodate up to 72 guests for a banquet dinner or 100 for a reception.

This stately room epitomises the grand and graceful style of the house and the soaring windows fill the room with natural light. The Music Room is also licensed for weddings.

THE WIMBORNE ROOM
Leading on from The Grand Hall, The Wimborne Room doubles up as an elegant boardroom or private dining room, ideal for corporate meetings or small lunch and dinner parties.

Beneath a gilded ceiling hung with a crystal chandelier, the beautiful mahogany table can accommodate up to 16 guests.

THE BURLINGTON ROOM
The Burlington Room is located on the first floor of the house and offers the perfect environment for receptions and meetings.

The room, which boasts magnificent natural daylight, accommodates up to 80 guests for standing receptions and seats up to 60 guests for meetings.

Individual technology arrangements can be tailor made to suit your requirements.

THE MARIE ANTOINETTE SUITE
The Marie Antoinette Suite is located off the hotel’s Long Galley and adjacent to the world-famous Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant. Ornately decorated in the Louis XVI house style of The Ritz, the Marie Antoinette Suite accommodates up to 100 people for cocktail receptions or 50 for seated events. This room is licensed for civil ceremonies.
