Ravens Ait Island Summer Party

Ravens Ait is an enchanting island In the middle of the Thames, between Surbiton, Kingston and Hampton Court. The island of Raven’s Ait offers the convenience of a London location with the tranquillity of the Surrey countryside. The Island is a truly unique venue specialising in Corporate Events, Weddings and Private Parties. We have two private launches to transport guest to and from the island as required and regularly host events for up to 400 guests.

The southern tip of the island features landscaped gardens and a stunning and versatile Marquee complete with bar, decking and fairy lights. At the centre of the island is the main house which contains three flexible event spaces including our Britannia Suite and riverside patios. Our gardens and marquee are ideal for BBQ’s and with our giant gardens games and external suppliers offering surf simulators, fun fair stalls, laser tag and more The Island is ideal for that summer get together. Wave at the passing boats on the busy Thames knowing that they are all pea green with envy watching you sip pimms in the sunshine or dance the night away in the marquee on your very own private island. The team at Ravens Ait are experienced professionals with a passion for events and a flexible attitude, let us do what we love and make your Summer Event one to remember.

Marquee and Lawns
Our Marquee is the largest space on the island. This offers unrivalled views of the River Thames and Hampton Court Park. With ivory linings, it can be a great blank canvas capable of creating any ambience you desire. It is bright and spacious, perfect for summer parties, weddings receptions, conferences or awards ceremonies. The front lawn provides an exclusive outdoor waterside setting, popularly used for BBQs, ceremonies, picnics and team building activities.

Britannia Suite and Terrace
The Britannia Suite is situated in the main building with views of the Thames from two sides and a terrace overlooking the Hampton Court grounds. A versatile space with its own private bar that can cater for meetings, private dining events and birthday parties. In the summer, the bi-folding doors can be opened completely on one side, turning the terrace into an extension of the space.

Thames Suite
Leading off the reception, the Thames Suite is one of our adjoining suites, overlooking the Thames and Hampton Court Grounds. It can be used as a break out room for meetings, a space for canapes and drinks before your party or even just an all rounded space for intimate gatherings.
