Housed within the original part of the Free Trade Hall, where the Halle Orchestra once performed, our largest function room, The Halle Suite, is capable of hosting events for up to 550 people. Each room is named after those who played an important part in history of the Free Trade Hall with original artefacts displayed throughout.

The stylish self-contained Walters Suite, featuring floor to ceiling windows, which flood the room with natural daylight, is perfect for business and social entertaining alike.

Housed within the original part of the Free Trade Hall, The Hallé is our largest function room capable of hosting events for up to 500 people. The space takes its name from the famous Hallé Orchestra, which used to perform in the Free Trade Hall. Today, it is still the perfect venue for events and celebrations of all kinds.

Further meeting facilities overlook the spectacular atrium, with a range of premier boardrooms and meeting spaces designed to reflect the history development of the building and area. All our meeting rooms feature built-in screens for presentations.
Business centres and breakout area
The second floor executive conference rooms and boardrooms share an exclusive lounge area, complete with a reception desk and a range of facilities designed to create an inviting place to work or relax in. This multifunctional space also features workstations, where guests can send emails and contact the office. Lounge chairs have been designed to incorporate attached tables, facilitating casual, informal or formal business meetings.
