Our meetings facilities include Megalithic, a vast space which can accommodate up to 540 for a dinner dance or 800 theatre style.

The Megalithic Reception on the first level provides a flexible area for anything from conference registration and breakout space to pre-dinner drink receptions and exhibitions. For an alternative solution, The White Room has a private reception area, which can be used as you wish.

We proudly offer over 700 square meters of meeting space on the ground floor with access for disabled guests and Free high-speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel. There is a central conference lobby area of 200 square meters, which links all of the rooms and makes the entire area versatile. There are 9 meeting rooms, which are suitable for all occasions.

The Megalithic is the perfect ‘blank canvas’ room that lends itself to being dressed or left with its sleek, almost minimalist, feel with ambiance and warmth provided by clever use of lighting. It is a highly versatile space accommodating up to 500 guests for a dinner or up to 800 guests theatre style. Two private bars and reception space make this suite especially well-suited for weddings, product launches, exhibition space and large conferences. Megalithic can be split 3 ways offering complete flexibility, the largest set up offers a maximum dinner capacity of 280 and dinner capacity of up to 250 guests. Alternatively, the smaller sections can hold up to 120 guests for a dinner.

The Megalithic is beautifully set up with all the other rooms running around it to make operating a large event an absolute dream.

Finnieston has a maximum capacity of 96 guests for a dinner and 60 for a dinner/dance. The space can be used for meetings, conferences, dinners and for any type of social event. Finnieston Lounge connects to the room making both perfect for events that needs pre-drink or meeting space.

The Arches
Located on a corner position this room has a beautifully curved wall with excellent natural daylight. Just outside the room, there is a superb welcome area for registration and arrival refreshments. The Arches has a maximum capacity of 20 guests for a dinner and 40 theater style. The space can be used for meetings, intimate dinners and social events.
