The Pacific Ballroom presents an impressive space for exclusive events, weddings, product launches and conferences. Accommodating up to 400 guests, with a private entrance leading directly from the Plaza through the Pavilion, this is London’s first SMART Ballroom, featuring state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology to enhance all events. The venue can also be split into two separate soundproofed rooms, perfect for a conference needing a large breakout or exhibition space.

The first European outpost of the Pan Pacific hotel chain will open in London this spring. Located in One Bishopsgate Plaza, opposite Liverpool Street Station, the hotel hopes to blend the mix of business-class luxury and creativity that makes this part of London unique. The 43-storey tower will house 237 rooms, 160 private residences and a vast wellness area with an 18-metre infinity pool, as well as the largest landscaped outdoor space of any luxury hotel in the area. Designed to be integrated with the hotel’s restaurants and bars, the Pan Pacific looks set to be this summer’s go-to for outdoor dining.

Sitting alongside Straits Kitchen are Newton and Katong, two intimate private dining rooms accommodating all tastes and occasions, from working breakfasts to lunch hour meetings and celebratory dinners.
Newton welcomes 12 guests at a striking asymmetrical table, while Katong  seats 14 around a central captain’s table.
Executive Chef, Lorraine Sinclair, and Group Executive Chef, Tony Khoo, have curated seasonal menus, with traditional and signature dishes are served individually, or sharing family-style as is synonymous with Singapore.
