With impressively versatile internal spaces, The Monastery’s in-house team can help you create an experience which your guests will never forget. The venue can be dressed and themed for a Christmas event for up to 600 guests, with outstanding catering and a bespoke support service. The architectural splendour of this stunning building is complemented by the beautiful garden, to add an extra dimension and real flexibility to your event.

The Monastery’s inspirational Great Nave is adaptable for every size of conference, product launch or public forum. Acoustics are ideal for all levels of communication, from spoken word to audio programmes. Our in-house team are on hand to advise, so everything is perfectly set up to match your needs and ensure your event is stress-free.

The Monastery’s beautiful architectural spaces provide a breath taking backdrop to your event. The Monastery of St Francis and Gorton Trust owns and operates this precious Grade II* listed
heritage site built by E W Pugin . Holding your event here at Manchester’s modern day Monastery helps us to maintain and protect this important site of historic, architectural significance for
generations to come.
