The Kent Event Centre is the largest, most flexible conference and exhibition venue in Kent, offering 7,000 sqm of indoor space and 200 acres of outdoor space.
Our three main exhibition halls are ideal for creating stunning exhibitions, trade fairs or public space, with six smaller meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 120 guests. From a 2-person interview to an outdoor concert for 30,000, we have the perfect space to suit your event.Packages
The Clive Emson Conference Centre is a clear span exhibition hall of over 1,700sqm. Ideal for conferences, corporate awards, dinners and exhibitions. The hall is fully carpeted and lined with marquee style draping.
This self-contained space is perfect for the growing event offering underfloor cabling, free high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple cargo doors and a commercial kitchen capable of catering for up to 1000 people.
Full disabled access is available throughout the building including a platform lift to the first-floor meeting rooms. Along with ample ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities and hard standing car parking.
For large events within the Clive Emson Conference Centre, organisers can hire the smaller Cornwallis, Bredhurst or Chilham meeting rooms as syndicate or breakout spaces.
Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Kent Event Centre has over 200 acres of outdoor space and private woodland at an Event Organiser’s disposal. The site is secure with a permanent perimeter fence, up to 6 public entrances, electricity and water throughout. As well as toilet and shower facilities that can cater for up to 30,000 visitors.
As well as acres of open outdoor space, the Kent Event Centre offers four enclosed rings, two collection rings and a 30 x 40m sand school. Perfect for activities from showjumping and dog agility to drone flying or a football match.
