VIP ski passes are available for purchase by ULEN – the ski zone operator for all the guests of Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko, ensuring fast access to the gondola lift station long queues. Based on ski zone operator regulations, there is no option to upgrade to VIP service for all pre-booked ski passes.
