You will have an experienced events organiser to help you prepare, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. That way you, your colleagues, and your clients get the very most from your time with us – whether it’s teambuilding, networking, an away day, a product launch, training, a drinks reception, seminar or meeting.

The largest of our rooms is Glenlivet, with 2 large bay windows, benefitting from an abundance of natural daylight and is bursting with many of its original Victorian features. On its own the Glenlivet can accommodate up to 50 people dining, this can be increased to a maximum of 70 people when combined with Ardbeg. The Glengoyne is the smallest of our spaces accommodating up to 10 people with its own distinct in style and with many original and unique features. There is also a outdoor terrace which can be accessed through the Glengoyne room. For a more informal setting, the Macallan, with its large comfy chairs is perfect as a breakout area during the day or for a cocktail event in the evening.

Our private dining rooms are designed to give you a practical yet inspiring space in a secluded setting for your special or private event. Here you’ll be able to wow your guests with magnificent dishes from our menus and an extensive range of delicious wines from around the world as advised by our Sommelier. Our rooms range from our largest, Glenlivet, full of original Victorian features to the informal Macallan room, with its large comfy chairs and the Secret Garden – both perfect as breakout areas. And for the ultimate in privacy, there’s exclusive use of our Townhouse No.5, with its own private meeting and event rooms, breakout areas, private garden, and 12 luxury bedrooms and suites.

Ardbeg is a smaller room that can accommodate up to 24 people. Like the Glenlivet, it benefits from an abundance of natural daylight and has many of its original features. Perfect for a small to medium sized meeting.

TOWNHOUSE NO.5
Exclusive use of Glasgow’s most prestigious and luxurious address. Exclusive access to our Townhouse No.5 with its own intimate secret terraced garden and 12 truly luxurious bedrooms and suites, with the ultimate suite, ‘Domaine Georges Vernay’ with its own private patio area. As well as private meeting & event rooms with break out areas, a bar & sitting room and of course all the fine touches of One Devonshire, including divine dining within the private rooms.
SECRET GARDEN
Our beautiful Secret Garden is located in the centre of the hotel and is great for informal interviews or lunch meetings.
