The extensive grounds at Hamilton Park Racecourse make our venue the perfect location for open days, family fun days and BBQ’s.  With over 20 acres of outdoor space and large permanent marquees we can offer both indoor and outdoor options.  The flexibility and size of the venue allows you to tailor the event to your requirements.

Situated behind private gates means the enclosed nature of the racecourse is perfect for larger gatherings, and events can vary in size from 100-4000 people.  We have over 1000 complimentary car parking spaces on site and access from Bothwell Road is quick and efficient.

We can offer a wide range of catering options from buffets, banquets and BBQ’s cooked fresh on site by our chefs. Or why not make use of our on-site Conservatory Cafe serving tea, coffee, snacks and a wide range of hot foods.

Our Dukes Suite and Panorama Bar situated in our main grandstand boast stunning views over the racetrack, providing a unique backdrop for your event. While our permanent marquees add a touch of class and are perfect for larger events. The layout allows swift movement of large numbers of people, whilst the flexibility of the areas means that small scale events can also be accommodated. Our grounds can also be used for vehicles and outdoor events.

If you’re looking for something to eat on the move then we have a variety of concessions available depending on the event. The BBQ is open for every race meeting and serves homemade, locally produced beef burgers from Overton Farm right here in Lanarkshire.
