This Christmas Hollywood comes to the H.G. Wells Centre. Revel in the glamorous environment of the Wells Room and party like a star in our impressive festive venues, which will be transformed with fantastical theming. If exclusivity is more your thing then our Kemp Room offer’s an ideal space with private bar and in house lighting system as well as a choice of dining options in traditional festive surroundings.
We are based in the centre of Woking easily accessible from the M25, A3 and M3 motorways as well as being a 2 minute walk from Woking train station, which is regularly serviced by fast trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction.

We have 6 impressive event spaces from our large Wells Suite with extensive AV to our Ogilvy Room for ideal for smaller meetings and training.
This versatile, modern space can be transformed from a blank canvas into anything you wish. The Wells Room comes complete with a stage, bar, sophisticated lighting rig, high ceiling and a powerful sound system. With capacity of up to 600 delegates theatre style, the Wells Room is one of the largest event spaces in Woking.
The Kemp room offers you a comfortable, contemporary and flexible space situated on the first floor. Complete with a bar, air conditioning, a wedding license, built in screen (8ft x 23ft), internet access and PA system, this room can be transformed to suit any type of event including meetings, dinners, parties, seminars, weddings and conferences.
Located on the first floor is our modern Griffin Room which is carpeted throughout with a warm décor. This space is often used in conjunction with the Wells and Kemp rooms but is also ideal for stand-alone events such as presentations, lunches or networking events.
The Ogilvy Room can cater for up to 60 people and is ideal for training seminars, presentations or civil weddings. Equipped with a wedding license, PA system, screen, internet access and telephone, the Ogilvy is ideal for smaller functions and has natural daylight or the option to black out.
One of our smaller meeting rooms — ideal for board meetings, interviewing or training and can accommodate up to 10 delegates. This room can also be used as an office or administration room connected to a large event or as a break out room to supplement the bigger rooms.Packages
