Secluded in 1000 acres of Sussex Countryside yet only 12 miles from Gatwick Airport, Gravetye Manor is the ideal setting for those important meetings requiring discreet yet luxurious surroundings. The wood panelling and beautiful furnishings don’t make for a run of the mill conference room. But with plenty of natural daylight, high speed fibre optic broadband, conference phone, screen and projector, the combination of 21st century technology and authentic country house atmosphere are perfectly taken care of.
Our Panelled room is available for between 9-20 guests, boardroom style with screen and projector until 5.00pm. Delegates can enjoy a working buffet lunch in The Panelled Room.
Suitable for between 6-8 delegates, our Private Dining Room can cater for more intimate, informal meetings until 5.00pm, without the use of a screen and projector. Delegates can enjoy a 2 course lunch in The Dining Room.
24 hour conferencing is available with accommodation to be charged at the standard Bed and Breakfast rates.
Please note that during the summer months (May-August) there is limited availability for residential meetings.

Making it special
Experience the unforgettable thrill of private dining at Gravetye in one of our impressive wood panelled rooms.
We have two private dining rooms; one with seating for up to 11 guests, the other a slightly larger room which can cater for up to 30 people.
These atmospheric wood panelled rooms are perfect for a family gathering, a celebration with friends or a more formal business dinner.
In the warmer months (May to September) we can also offer our oak gazebo which can accommodate between 8 and 12 people for Afternoon Tea, nestled in our beautiful gardens with views of our lush meadows and tranquil lake.
We now offer garden tours to turn your private dining booking into an experience.
Garden Tours and Private Dining – A garden tour can be booked alongside a lunch, afternoon tea or dinner in one of our private rooms. Garden tours can start with groups as small as 9 to as large as 25. Please note that the maximum we can accommodate for afternoon tea would be 12 from May to September. Any Groups larger than this would need to have lunch or dinner at the manor. Taste the homegrown produce seen in the garden with a delicately crafted 3 course lunch or dinner.
