The fantastic City location of Gibson Hall means we are ideally located for those trying to attract employees from City companies to their events. The individuality of the building and its history as a Victorian banking hall means there is a keen interest from people to come into the building and appreciate the history for themselves. There is no other conference venue in the City quite like Gibson Hall.
Our spaces work brilliantly for conferencing with the two main spaces adjacent to one another allowing for an easy flow during events. The largest room, the majestic main hall, has the capacity to house state-of-the-art AV facilities and space for up to 500 conference delegates in theatre style. The layout of the room is completely up to you and has varied in the past depending on numbers and the feel of the event that the organiser has been aiming for. We offer complimentary WiFi to guests attending events at Gibson Hall.
The garden room can be used for refreshment breaks, catering, exhibitions, or as a break out area. The room also leads out on to the courtyard garden and, in warmer weather, can offer another element to your conferencing event, whether as an alternative refreshment break area, or as an area for drinks, or even a barbecue after the formal conference part of the day.
