The castle is available for exclusive hire and can be booked for a wide variety of events such as weddings, conferences, business meetings, incentive group visits, private dinner parties, launch parties and receptions. With the purpose built 4×4 course and a range of outdoor activity areas, there are many options for your team building events or a fun leisure group event. Whether you are planning a single dinner or a 3 night stay, we would like to invite you to speak to our event coordinators about your visions for your celebration. With 17 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, you can enjoy a fantastic nights sleep knowing that a full Scottish breakfast awaits you in the morning. With a variety of settings throughout the Castle and experienced planners, we can be sure to create your dream event. Our candle-lit Stag Chamber provides an authentic medieval experience which is perfect for a traditional Scottish dinner. The Georgian Croquet Room in the main house is perfect for an intimate executive dinner, complete with impressive open fire, crystal chandelier and outlook across the sweeping lawns of the Estate. For a larger event, the Pavilion can be designed to fit your chosen style or theme and has an excellent built in lighting concept.
Dundas is partnered with Heritage Portfolio to deliver 5-star menus from some of the best chefs in Scotland. Our team will design your menu to your exact requirements to ensure the catering during your visit is perfect.

MEETINGS
Confidential meetings can take place in the Beehive boardroom or for something more opulent, the Croquet Room is ideal for encouraging thought provoking debate and conversation. With a large number of breakout rooms throughout the Castle and medieval Auld Keep building, you have a range of rooms to choose from to instigate discussions. Should you need more space, the Pavilion can be set in a variety of ways that are most appropriate for your requirements.
CONFERENCES
The Pavilion on the lawns has floor to ceiling windows and an excellent lighting concept which offer a bright and fresh location for a conference. With Dundas being an ‘exclusive use’ venue you are able to decide to use rooms within the house at the last minute with no additional cost; the whole Castle belongs to you during your time with us. With audio visual equipment, internet access and experienced event coordinators on hand to facilitate your requirements, you can rest assured we will be able to fully support you in creating your successful event.
TEEMING WITH TEAMBUILDING POSSIBILITIES

You can choose from a number of team building activities already created that provide ideas of what can be achieved. The packages have, however, been put together with flexibility in mind – we will help you customise the programme to match your requirements. We have teamed up with Scottish event management experts to ensure that everything is taken care of at the venue and that you and your colleagues or clients, have an inspirational team building experience that is fun for all participants.
The manicured lawns in front of the Castle make the perfect location for mini highland games, falconry and Segway driving. The 4×4 course, quad biking track and clay pigeon traps create a fun and exciting activity and of course the rooms within the house and Auld Keep are perfect for learning new skills such as highland dancing, bagpipe playing and military drumming.
Whether your event is for large or small numbers our experienced team will take care of the logistical side of your event such as suggesting appropriate locations, ensuring there is enough time for any group rotations and providing you with a range of appropriate menu options.
