Ealing Suite can be partitioned to create a number of areas for events that require breakout space. Fully equipped and with natural daylight, Ealing Suite can accommodate up to 250 delegates theatre style. It is perfect for presentations, seminars, exhibitions and large conferences. Your conference host will be on hand for any last minute updates, and the relaxing foyer area is perfect for refreshment breaks. For your convenience there is a cloakroom and separate bar area located outside conference centre.
All of Doubletree Hilton boardrooms are located on the ground floor, have natural daylight and are ideal for small meetings, interviews, market research discussions and training presentations. They can offer Perry Suite which can accommodate up to 10 delegates in a boardroom layout, Springfield Suite which can accommodate up to 60 delegates in a theatre style, and Townshend Suite which can accommodate up to 20 delegates in a theatre layout.

This year, we are offering great package inclusive of:

On the event day we would like to welcome you for drinks reception from 19:00 in the Foyer.
At 19:45 doors to the dining room will be opened and dinner will be served at 20:00.
DJ will play until 00:30 and last order at the bar will be possible at the same time.

Cars left overnight will be chargeable at £14.50 per car.
All cars must be registered with reception on the event day.
We can also offer bedrooms at discounted rates, but exact price would depend on the date of your event.
