Chiswick House is a beautiful neo-Palladian villa set within glorious Italianate gardens shaded by ancient cedar trees. Built by the third Earl of Burlington in 1729, the house was never intended as a private residence but as a delightful architectural folly, entertainment venue and showcase for fine art. No expense or creativity was spared on the interior and luxurious velvet-lined rooms interconnect with a magnificent domed central salon.

The venue boasts 5 main event spaces:

• DOMED SALON- The grand domed salon is the hub of the building and is decorated with busts and huge paintings topped with a magnificent coffered dome.
• BLUE VELVET ROOM- The recently restored Blue Velvet Room was once used by Lord Burlington as his study. It is an intimate room lined with blue velvet with an elaborate gilded ceiling.
• THE LONG GALLERY- From the Domed Salon, guests may drift into the finely decorated Long Gallery with its gilded furnishings and elaborate ceiling. Lord Burlington used the villa to display his fine art collection, many of which are still here today.

• BURLINGTON PAVILION- The Pavilion is a fully-lined ivory marquee standing next to Chiswick House within the spectacular gardens. It is a stylish, flexible reception space that is designed to be personalised to your taste.
• WESTERN WALLED GARDEN-  The Western Walled Garden provides an attractive and self contained space for sports activities and a perfect location for a school sports day or corporate activity. The lawn can be marked out with a running track or for other sports and games.
