EVENTS AT THE CHESTER GROSVENOR
The Chester Grosvenor has a variety of flexible event spaces and a dedicated banqueting kitchen which make for an unforgettable event. All of our function suites make use of the latest built in AV equipment.

The Westminster Suite is a modern, versatile space and decorated in rich colour tones with deep contrasts. Make use of the whole suite for up to 200 guests or for smaller, more intimate settings the panelled walls can split the space in up to 4 different rooms. The Westminster Suite is complete with direct access to the car park, a luxurious welcome foyer, cash bar and male, female and disabled toilet facilities.

Menus can be created on a completely bespoke basis by our award-winning team of talented chefs.

Our Event Coordinators will help you plan your event around your requirements with a seamless handover to your dedicated Event Manager who will on the day be ensuring you and your guests receive the impeccable service for which The Chester Grosvenor is so widely known.

The Eaton Suite

The newly designed Eaton Suite is a versatile and stylish space for drinks receptions, wedding ceremonies, mini exhibitions and meetings.

The wallpaper has an iridescent quality that reflects light back into the room together with handmade mirrors, and a new lighting scheme that ensures the room has a light and airy feel making it a relaxed place in which to hold functions. In contrast subdued lighting creates an atmospheric feel to enhance any evening event.

The Westminster Suite

Available on an exclusive use basis for meetings of up to 180 guests. Alternatively its uniquely flexible design means that it can be divided into smaller suites which can be adapted to suit your requirements.

The Belgrave Suite

With sophisticated natural shades, rich furnishings and natural daylight, this suite is up to the minute in every way. The room can be divided in two, creating an impressive pair of dining and meeting rooms perfect for conferences or private dining events of up to 180 guests.

The Aldford Suite comprising The Aldford Boardrooms

This contemporary suite can be used in conjunction with the Belgrave Suite. The Aldford Suite can also be divided into three mahogany panelled boardrooms which are ideal for intimate private dining occasions and smaller meetings.
