The first edition of The Retreat was a huge success, and we can’t wait to welcome you back, from the beginning of May to the end of August for more parties and long, warm summer nights in our courtyard.

The Retreat features two eclectic marquees, both surrounded by decking and greenery, bringing you contemporary chic alongside a relaxed atmosphere, adding a stylish accent to the beautiful 18th century courtyard. Say farewell to the traditional 45-minute drink reception and food service, instead embrace our market-style approach, allowing you to eat and drink as much as you like at your own pace. We have a variety of culinary selections at our food stations located inside the marquee, such as Katsu, sandwiches, tacos, poke bowls and pie & mash.

We carefully choose our cocktails to appeal to all of your senses. From the Rose Martini, Spritz with a twist, Raspberry Amaretto Sour and more, each cocktail is a meticulously crafted symphony of flavours poised to enchant our guests. Wine and beer enthusiasts will also find their happiness in our selection of premium and sustainable wines, alongside a range of craft beers.

For parties of 300 to 800 guests, a whole take over of our cobbled courtyard is possible. Your guests will be able to use both marquees and enjoy a larger selection of food, providing an unparalleled experience.
