Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, built in 1806, is the perfect venue for a leisurely overnight break, a special occasion, a meeting with colleagues or a beautiful wedding in the heart of Kent. The thirty eight bedrooms offer modern amenities and when you have finished resting, you are welcome to drop in at the Health Club and Spa which offers a state of the art gym and functional training zone as well as ample space in which to relax or unwind.
Our Brandshatch Hotel is set in 12 acres of land, but despite its rural location, it is within easy reach of major motorways and London, as well as Gatwick and Heathrow airports, the south coast and the Channel Tunnel. We’re also pleased to be a dog friendly hotel.

Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa is an elegant yet welcoming Georgian mansion set in the Kent countryside and only minutes from Dartford and the M25/M20.

An ideal Kent venue just 25 miles from London, Brandshatch Place offers capacity for up to 160 delegates. There are five versatile meeting rooms and the largest, the Terrace Suite, has been completely modernised and offers plenty of natural light and direct access onto outside patio space.
The hotel also offers a mix of traditional meeting rooms with elegant features and sash windows in 12 acres, making it an ideal space for team building and conferences. Given its private setting and intimate feel, Brandshatch Place is also ideal for exclusive use events which include all 38 bedrooms and access to the restaurant, bar and lounge spaces.

Delegates staying on a residential conference package also have access to the hotel’s onsite health club and spa with facilities including a large gym, functional training zone, outdoor tennis court and indoor swimming pool
