The Bonham is a luxury boutique hotel situated in the West End of Edinburgh. Set in a quiet residential crescent surrounded by the stunning backdrop of this magnificent capital city, The Bonham is without a doubt one of the most stylish hotels in Edinburgh, plus we have complimentary car parking!
We have used bold colour, rich texture and contemporary art and photography to build an environment that is fun, upbeat, welcoming and with the unmistakable buzz of being part of a great Scottish city.
There are 49 boutique rooms and suites at The Bonham and our events spaces are flexible enough to work for private dining, cocktail parties, small weddings or meetings.
The menu at Restaurant at the Bonham is inspired by classic flavours adapted for the modern palate by Head Chef Maciej Szymik and his team.
Using locally sourced seasonal produce, the dishes created are simple but elegant in style. The restaurant also offers an excellent, well-edited wine list chosen by Restaurant Manager Julie Goschescheck, to complement the dishes you will choose.
Restaurant at the Bonham is characterised by sophisticated urban styling which we think you will love, whether it’s business or pleasure that brings you here. Aside from some striking and dramatic art work by Tilo Stengel, we’ve designed the restaurant to be cool and minimal so that you can focus on the food, the company and the occasion.

The Bonham offers a range of meetings and events space catering for 2-70 guests for any type of event.
The Dean Suite at the Bonham is beautifully appointed on the ground floor, with high ceilings and bay windows overlooking Drumsheugh Gardens. The adjoining Library offers a private space for coffee breaks or a drinks reception. Up to 26 guests can meet or dine in comfort on one large table or smaller round tables. With no fixed furniture, the room is fully flexible for any occasion and provides the perfect back drop for cocktail parties, family celebrations or corporate events.
Our Snug, in a beautifully ornate former reading room is perfect for up to 8 guests for a meeting or private lunch or dinner event. Original wooden panelling and a richly decorated ceiling make this an ideal venue.
Why not take exclusive use of No 35 at The Bonham, our new restaurant, which can hold up to 70 guests. We can also privately close off the rear section with views over Dean Village for up to 50 guests.

The Bonham offers a wide range of options for private events, from a small intimate dinner for 6 in the Snug to larger celebrations for up to 70 guests in No.35 at The Bonham.
The Dean Suite makes the most of the high corniced ceilings with beautiful views over Drumsheugh Gardens to the front of the hotel. The room also features original panelling and a stunning fireplace.
The adjoining Library provides the ideal pre dinner reception area and can also offer a full bar service.

Dining in the No. 35 Restaurant will be an experience like no other. Original paneled walls will surround you while you lounge into velvet pouffed seats. Wine glasses sparkle while the intricate tiled floors bring together the elegant, boutique beauty of the Bonham restaurant. The opulent surroundings mixed together with world class service, allow you to forget about the stresses of the week and enjoy fine dining with friends and family.
If you have plans to discuss and situations to make sense of, the Boozy Snoozy menu is a good place to start to get everyone to open up. This lunchtime menu offers a 3-course selection from the menu, including a half bottle of wine each.
If you’re need an afternoon treat after that shopping spree, head to the consulting room or snug for a delicious afternoon tea. Available 7 days a week between 2-5pm, you can choose from a selection of Brodies teas from around the world, finger sandwiches and of course multiple sweet treats, cakes and scones.

The beautifully appointed ground floor Dean Suite Event Room with its ornate original features, high ceilings and bay windows overlooking the private Drumsheugh Gardens is the ideal location for conferences, meetings and corporate events.
The Dean Suite Event Room can accommodate 26 guests around one long table for meetings. Alternatively, using round tables allows 30 guests to enjoy the room, making it perfect for smaller company conferences or product launches. If seating is not required, the Dean Suite Event Room is the ideal meeting venue for a cocktail party, evening reception or networking event.
Corporate users are invited to hire the adjoining Library, the perfect location to welcome guests with drinks. The Library is ideally sited for hot drink breaks, allowing delegates the chance to stretch their legs and enjoy the view as they network over a quality coffee. Alternatively, the Library can provide a stunning backdrop for evening drinks receptions.
If more space is required, such as for a breakout room, the ornately panelled Snug, a former reading room, is also available. This can also be hired on its own and seats eight for a meeting or private lunch.
