Our house sits on the edge of the river, and the river sits in the heart of Richmond, a gateway to London , 30 minutes from the west end and Heathrow airport.
Upstairs and down, there’s different workspaces and bookable meeting rooms leading out to the terrace and garden. And there’s fifteen comfy bedrooms to collapse into after a day’s graft.
Meeting & Events Spaces
The garden rooms, three separate rooms which can become a single space with movable walls and have access to the private terrace and garden. All the rooms are equipped with a sound system, climate control and flat screen TV, making them perfect for presentations. There’s shared break out spaces outside and in, high-speed Wi-Fi and onsite support for your event.

Step out of the house or arrive by boat into the walled English garden with terraces and lush green lawns.

Private Dining
Upstairs and down, there’s plenty of room for entertaining small and large groups.
The upstairs library, parlour and drawing room flow back and forth throughout the day from breakfast to dinner. It comfortably sits groups up to 20 across individual tables.
Downstairs the garden rooms is an adaptable space, or spaces which hold up to 120 seated or 150 standing, with movable walls leading out to a heated canopied terrace and gardens. A great space for those looking for more privacy and an outside space.
