With strikingly high ceilings and oceans of space, Generator Hall has everything you need to throw a large-scale event to remember, whatever the occasion. Need a dancefloor? A stage? Control Room A
An unmissable opportunity to host an event that your guests won’t be able to stop talking about. They will be captivated by the 1930s Art Deco allure of the incredible Control Room A.
Steeped in 1930s grandeur, a blank canvas for your event
Battersea Power Station may boast one of the most recognisable exteriors in London, but there’s no overlooking the pure style on the inside – and there’s no better example than the outstanding Art-Deco features of Control Room A, lovingly preserved thanks to the power station’s Grade II listed status.
Perfect for weddings, fashion shows and unique receptions, the 7,000 sq ft space embodies an unrivalled elegance and class. For the very first time, guests will be able to enjoy the original 1930s interior at leisure – preserved in its entirety, complete with marble, polished parquet flooring, Art Deco ornamentation and, of course, those famous control panels.
With capacity for up to 250 reception guests or 100 seated, Control Room A offers a more intimate Battersea Power House experience, for your guests to immerse themselves in the building’s history.

Alternator Hall
Excitement is building for Battersea Power House to open its doors. You could be one of the first to host a jaw-dropping event in this blank canvas space, within one of the most iconic landmarks in the Capital.
Feel the power
Alternator Hall is smaller than its sister venue, Generator Hall, but with all the punch and versatility of the latter. It boast views over Turbine Hall B.
Capable of hosting up to 500 people standing, or 250 seated for dinner, Alternator Hall is the perfect space for you to give your guests an experience they’ll never forget.
Whether your hosting an awards ceremony, a banquet, a conference, or a reception, Alternator Hall is a great stand-alone venue, but can also work perfectly in tandem with Generator Hall as a drinks reception or VIP area for larger capacity events.

Gilbert Scott Terrace
A perfect al-fresco option for drinks and canapés, an exclusive event at Gilbert Scott Terrace offers stunning views over the River Thames with a backdrop of one of the Capitals most iconic landmarks.

Holding up to 80 people and with unmatched riverfront views from the second floor, Gilbert Scott Terrace
Great for stand-alone celebrations, or a fantastic addition to an event in one of Battersea Power House’s other unique spaces, the 1,900 sq ft terrace can be yours exclusively. Host intimate VIP drinks on the terrace for your larger event in Generator Hall, or combine Gilbert Scott Terrace with the Switch Room to make sure your drinks reception is a hit, whatever the weather.

Switch Room
This perfectly formed space offers a glimpse into the building’s past, the perfect setting for intimate dinners, VIP drinks, or a place to meet, relax and soak up the atmosphere.
Whether you need a relaxed space for guests to take some time out from a conference, or you’re looking for an intimate celebration, Switch Room is the sumptuous answer.
Holding up to 60 guests, Switch Room is a stone’s throw from Generator Hall and Alternator Hall. This little gem boasts original tiling, exposed brick and a beautiful curved bay window, with spectacular views along the length of the industrial 1950s Turbine Hall B.
