Ascot Racecourse is home to the world-renowned Royal Ascot, an event that is steeped in history and we pride ourselves on offering events that go above and beyond your expectations to deliver unforgettable experiences. Whether it is a product launch, awards evening, small gathering, wedding celebration or a personally handcrafted event, Ascot Racecourse offers the most stunning locations and dedicated staff to help you mark the occasion the right way.

Adjacent to the track with the Old Paddock Lawns behind, our brand new triple decker marquee is available for private hire throughout June and July. Accommodating up to 2,400 guests this is the ideal venue for those large summer balls.

Set within the stunning Berkshire countryside, Ascot is a beautiful setting for corporate and private events. The redevelopment of our Grandstand in 2006 produced state-of-the-art entertainment spaces enabling us to cater for everything from a private dinner or small wedding through to event spaces that can cater for up to 3,000 people.

Our venue is particularly popular for prestigious exhibitions, conferences, product launches, team-building events and meetings. The space is versatile, with expansive lawns and an interior that can be transformed to suit most needs.

Alternatively, the Ascot Pavilion can accommodate up to 1,100 guests and the Old Paddock Restaurant up to 200, with each venue offering direct access to the lawns for your guests to relax and socialise on those warm balmy nights!

Three new packages have been designed to complement your event. Each package includes a welcome drink followed by a mouth watering buffet or BBQ. The resident Ascot DJ will also be there playing music from a mix of popular artists for your guests to dance the night away.

The key ingredients to a knockout summer party are great food, great company, a safe and beautiful location and the space for everyone to relax and unwind.

THE FURLONG CLUB
The Furlong Club is a fully functional semi-permanent (July – October) structured marquee next to the Grandstand and is perfect when hosting a summer party, dinner or wedding reception. Opening onto a two-layer balcony overlooking the straight mile, the Furlong Club is also ideal for BBQs, food stalls and stations. The grassed area below works well for a drinks reception or team building event, weather permitting.

Ascot offers a wide range of open spaces, terraces and beautifully manicured lawns which lend themselves to any event from conference, executive meeting and exhibition to team building event, drinks reception and summer party. Clients can also enjoy the prestige of being at one of the world’s finest, historic racecourses, experiencing the track, straight mile, final furlong, parade ring and pre-parade ring.

External spaces are a “blank canvas” and are often booked in conjunction with meeting or conference rooms based on size and proximity to internal spaces. Our experienced team will be able to recommend a location or mixture of internal and external spaces that will be the ideal back-drop to your event.

PARADE RING SUITE
A unique space, located in the heart of the Grandstand, the Parade Ring Suite has a dedicated balcony looking over the Parade Ring itself. Recent refurbishment of this suite has resulted in a sophisticated interior with beautiful fixtures and the high-quality finishes providing a functional, stylish yet flexible space for private events. Situated directly opposite the Royal Box, the suite has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Parade Ring.
