30 Euston Square is a Grade-II* listed events venue in a perfect central-London location.
This versatile award winning venue integrates grand Victorian façade, original Greek Revival architecture with characteristic and modern detailing. Inside there’s a superb choice of versatile spaces which can cater for a wide range of corporate and social dining events.
30 Euston Square is home to the Royal College of General Practitioners and behind every event is Searcys, one of the UK’s leading private hospitality providers who aim to create memorable experiences through exceptional service and creative menu design.
There are a wide range of rooms available for conferencing, meetings, training, private dining, parties and weddings. Capacities range from 6 – 300 from a small business meeting or dining experience up to a large scale conference or exhibition. All rooms are available for day or evening hire, as well as on an all -inclusive package basis. There is an abundance of opportunities for the private and corporate event organizer.

PackagesConferences
Our tiered Auditorium, which can seat up to 300 guests, is equipped with state-of-the-art AV and is considered one of the best conference and events venues in London. The Sony HDR 4K laser projector (DCI cinema industry approved), surround sound speakers, showlights and the opportunity to produce video conferencing and streaming have meant that the Auditorium is popular for conferences, seminars, Q&As and screenings.
On the top floor we have the stunning State Rooms which can be combined to accommodate 140 guests theatre-style. Flooded with natural daylight, access to our roof terrace and with cutting-edge AV capabilities, the State Rooms are ideal for conferences and training days.
Meetings
We have 18 modern Meeting Rooms located on the ground floor. These multi-purpose rooms are equipped with integrated AV, including a projector, screen, conference phone and complimentary 1GB WiFi. In addition, most of our rooms benefit from natural daylight but can be blacked-out and dimmed for presentations.
Our suite of six Grade ll*-listed Heritage Rooms is ideal for meetings. The grand Edwardian façade and original Greek revival architecture with contemporary characteristics set a professional and stylish backdrop to events, while the state-of-the-art AV ensures a smooth and professional meeting.
Christmas party packages
We have a choice of new and exciting festive packages to choose from in our classic Heritage Rooms or stunning State Rooms and Rooftop Terrace. Our masterful chefs will provide the catering, while our dedicated event managers will be on-hand to help you throw the Christmas party of your dreams.
All of our packages include festive theming, including atmospheric lighting and centrepieces, a light up bar, DJ and dancefloor. Extras including a photobooth, jazz band and casino tables can be added to take your event to the next level. Our events spaces can host a glittering seated dinner for up to 160 or a sparkling cocktail reception for up to 300 guests.

Our penthouse State Rooms and adjoining Rooftop Terrace are bright, beautiful spaces that available for exclusive hire. An impressive view over the Euston area adds an extra dimension to any event or gathering.
The State Rooms
The Euston Room is the larger of the two State Rooms with a capacity of 150, and can be combined with the Stephenson Room and Rooftop Terrace to create an even bigger space for festivities. At 268m2, the space is highly flexible to your requirements, and benefits from two options for screen locations, portable staging and a built-in PA system.
The Stephenson Room is the smaller State Room with a capacity for up to 90 guests. The combination of the Rooftop Terrace and skylight means this space is filled with plenty of natural daylight during the day, and offers a twinkling atmosphere by night.
