Ultra modern design and contemporary feel provide an executive, corporate ambience whilst the sheer size of the venue, the number of rooms and high ceilings (3.6m) provide ultimate flexibility for events up to 400. Award winning staff are on hand to look after all your event needs including a team of chefs creating everything from breakfast to lunch and evening banquets.

200 Aldersgate has an impressive main reception where escalators sweep guests to a large, airy, double height lounge with huge windows looking back across the City. Entry to the venue itself is via the striking 2,000 sq ft Galleria. This space includes reception facilities, large nine screen media wall and two striking coffee points. The Galleria leads to the main conference suite and can be used as a lounge, networking area or as exhibition space. There are numerous opportunities for branding and theming to your specification and requirements – adding to the feeling of exclusivity.

The main conference suite is 3,000 sq ft of naturally lit, high ceilinged spaciousness. It is packed full of the latest AV equipment including three large screens, powerful projectors, sound mixing desk and video streaming. It can hold 400 in theatre style and up to 250 in cabaret. The AV spec for conference rooms includes fibre optic broadband with 100mb capacity, staging, microphones, wide screens, high spec projectors and sound systems. There are 13 rooms that support the main conference suite – with capacities from 10 to 170. Each one is equipped to a high standard of AV and WiFi making them suitable for a wide range of meetings, training courses, breakout sessions, interviews or presentations.

The main dining area seats up to 200 and is adjacent to the theatre kitchen. A range of menus is available which can be served in our main dining area, four separate private dining rooms or in the Galleria during networking and exhibitions.

St Paul’s also has a further self-contained conference floor with a private entrance that can add to the main floor or serve another exclusive event. Equipped with the latest in AV technology, including large plasma screens that can be branded to your requirements, with superfast and dedicated wifi the venue is ideal for large events and exhibitions.
