Packages

Meeting rooms for 2 to 60 people
Our largest rooms are the Seminar Suite, Toynbee Mackenzie ENT Room and Marcus Beck Library, which hold between 30 and 60 people in theatre or boardroom style. The Seminar Suite may also be partitioned into Seminar Rooms 1, 2, and 3 for groups of up to 25 people. So if you’ll need a flexible meeting room, any one of these will fit the bill.

For smaller meetings, the Marcus Beck Library, Chinese University of Hong Kong Room, Louis Forman Room or Henrietta Room, are the ideal choice. Each one offers a fixed boardroom set-up, with varying capacities: the Marcus Beck Library holds up to 30 people, while the CHUK and Louis Forman rooms hold 12 or 13 people respectively, and the Henrietta room holds up to 40 people. So when a fuss-free meeting is what you’re after, these traditional meeting rooms will rise to the occasion perfectly.
