Eat, drink and be very, very scary

It’s party time! Yes, the Crazy Cows are at it again with a spooky night planned at Browns in Covent Garden to celebrate Halloween on October 28.

After the huge success of our Quiz Night last month where we raised £600 for the Evelina Trust, we are linking up this time with the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust for an evening of creepy fun and mysterious mischief in support of the amazing work the charity does to help transform the lives of disadvantaged young people.

There are excellent prizes to be won on the night in a series of Ghoulish Games that will be run by world class athletes linked to the charity.

There will also be a fancy dress competition, stonking music from our favourite DJ and drinks galore.

The Athletes

Kate Haywood – Bronze and Silver Commonwealth medallist swimmer.

Jenny Wallwork – Bronze and Silver Commonwealth medallist badminton player.

Julien Allwood – Triple Jumper, trialled for 2012 Olympics and training for 2017 season.

Theo Spalding-McIntosh – Gold and Silver British Champion, Gold and Silver Commonwealth Judoko

The Prizes

Prizes on offer include a pair of tickets to The View at The Shard, a £50 roast voucher, a personal training session and an introduction to clay shooting.

Experience #1

1 hour London based session with Bronze and Silver Commonwealth medallist Kate Haywood.

Ex swimmer, now personal trainer.

Choose one from the following:

• Home based personal training session
• Park based personal training session (excl Royal Parks)
• Swimming personal training session

Outcomes to be agreed.  Experience valid for 12 months, Sept 2017.

Experience #2

1 hour introduction to Clay Shooting with five times British Champion Anita North.

Location: Nuthampstead Shooting Ground, including gun hire and ammunition.

No previous experience needed.  Experience valid for 12 months, Sept 2017.
